Day 26
Growing up so fast, it's not hard to see what he'll look like as a teenager even though its still 3yrs away... not a little boy anymore
Day 24
The boys climbing to the top deck of the River Murray Queen at Waikerie
Its a cafe and floating holiday hotel
Day 23
I just liked these steps that didn't really go anywhere, sometimes its just about the experince not the destination
Day 21
just the thing on a sunny winter afternoon, my little guy loves water play and happily spends hours filling and watering the garden, the grass, the pavement, the sandpit and himself
Day 20
This is the cubby house at our kindy, i like its rustic look. My youngest has just started kindy and loves it just as much as his brothers have

Day 19
Even though we are getting to the end of our first month of Winter (a very cold and wet one this year) there are still some beautiful Bottlebrush Wattle blooms stubbornly and beautifully hanging around. A little reminder of the Spring and Summer to come.

Day 17
Our kids grow up so fast. My middle son seems so grown up during the day. He is learning the guitar, can read well and loves maths. He is a bit of a dare-devil and spends his time climbing... But at beditme he still needs his nightlight and its comforting glow...

Day 16
This photo was taken Boxing Day 2010, its a rare shot of me and my sisters together as my youngest sister lives in Queensland and I live in South Australia. We had a wonderful family dinner with everyone. Fits our theme for this week of "kisses"

Day 14
This the end of my second week doing this challenge, It's hard to believe how fast it has come around. I love the far away look as my youngest is contemplating the world around him after an afternoon feeding the ducks at the pond behind his Grandparents house.
Day 13
These are just one of the set of steps attached to the boardwalk along our gorgeous coastline. These ones lead to a viewing area that during certain times of the year have whales and dolphins passing by. Its the middle of winter at the moment so we get treated to the magnificent ocean at its temperamental best. No storm rolling in this day. Maybe next time...

Day 11
I love the light and shade of this photo. I decided to play with the views from Hallett Cove Beach. This is one of the rock formations that are dotted along the coastline. When the tide is out they are fun to climb all over but I liked the waves lapping against at high tide too. I'll try and make it further down the coast while the tide is out (a place i really want to photograph is only accessible during low tide)

Day 10
Another of our "Little Wonders" is Hallett Cove Beach. Our suburb is built along it (it's only 2mins drive from our house) It is very rocky because of a man made sand bar further south that prevents sand that gets washed away from here being replenished naturally. The exposed rocks are beautiful though. My Mum and step-Dad got married here.
This is the same beach but the other direction.
Day 9
To start off our "Little Wonders of our Local Area" (Hallett Cove in South Australia) I thought I'd start with our most obvious one. It's called the Sugarloaf and was created by erosion after the ancient glaciers melted. Our Conservation Park has been built around it and our gorgeous coastline.

Day 8
The boys and I escaped from a very looooong church service (after we saw our cousin's christening). They had a great time hamming it up for the camera. This is one of my favourites (probably because it is slightly wonky...bit like me really)

Day 7
I took this shot of my sister (with my other sister's iphone) while she was washing the car. I've caught the moment when she is laughing at being "honked" by an appreciative passer-by.

Day 6
As a family we love music and our tastes are pretty diverse and but till now none of us could play an instrument. I am so glad that our son has decided to learn guitar (inspiring our eldest to want lessons too and our youngest creates his own drum kits from whatever is handy) Maybe this lonely instrument will be joined by its own family.

Day 5
My middle son getting a kick out of a Kazoo, a little plastic toy out of a pinata and he is a happy kid. It's the little things that make moments special.

Day 4
Continuing the theme of Toys for the week I took this picture of my youngest and Tiger-One as he is now. Not so innocent anymore, more of a dare devil, but you can't deny the joy he gets from jumping. Poor Tiger-One is a lot scruffier and very flat in the body from being loved so much.

Day 3
I love this photo of my youngest with his favourite friend Tiger-One (yes that really is what he calls him), he got him as a newborn and he is a much loved toy [fittingly the theme this week is Toys :) ] His little face is so innocent.

Day 2
I love the look on this Siamang's face, his attitude is very much "you can take your photo but i'm not gonna care"

Day 1
My first photo for the blog, had to pick this one, kids and nature are always a fantastic combination. My boys had a great time exploring this tree.
